六角形の形状をしたダストボックスは、コーナーにも自然と収まり、空間を有効活用できます。
黒い模様は、植物「アタ」の根に近い部分を使用して編み上げられています。
塗料や染料を一切使用せず、自然そのものの色で美しい模様を描き出しています。
ボディと蓋は、アタで編み上げた蝶番でしっかりと結ばれています。
蝶番の芯材には太いテグス糸を使用しており、そのおかげで耐久性も確保されています。
ゴミを投入する穴は、大きすぎず小さすぎず、ちょうど良いサイズに設計されています。
この穴のサイズにより、内部に入れたゴミが外から見えることなく、上品な見た目を維持しています。
昭和の時代に三面化粧台の横に見られたこのような形のダストボックスをヒントに、アタでデザインいたしました。
